ORDER PACKING

Orders are packed and shipped individually from our warehouse located in Copenhagen, Denmark. If you need delivery within Australia, New Zealand, Canada and North America, orders may be filled by our local Larp Spot partners to accommodate faster delivery times. This does not add any additional cost to your purchase.

ORDER SHIPPING

We usually pack and ship your order within 1 business day, but delays may occur. Orders are shipped through your chosen delivery service and the delivery time will depend on the country of destination.

CLICK & COLLECT: Convenient Pickup Options for Special Seasons and Events

At LarpSpot, we understand the importance of providing flexible and hassle-free shopping experiences for our customers. That's why we offer Click & Collect options during specific seasons and events, allowing you to conveniently collect your desired items.

Click & Collect is currently available for ConQuest of Mythodea 2023. This means you can easily pre-order your favorite products online and pick them up at the Epic Armoury booth during the event.

IMPORT FEES & VALUE ADDED TAX

Import Fees and Value added tax is not covered by Larp Spot and needs to be paid by the receiver. This will mean that you will be contacted by customs. If you are in need of help with information handling the customs clearance or need expanded information about products then please do not hesitate to ask. 

SHIPPING RATES FOR INDIVIDUAL COUNTRIES

To find your country's shipping rate, simply choose your country in the Cart the shipping rate for the selected country will then be shown in the lower corner of the screen, underneath the total price for any wares you may have in your Cart at this time. Your shipping price will decrease as you add more products to your cart. In some cases, free shipping will be an option if your bag of holding reaches a specific threshold, which differs for each country.

Russia is suspended due to the war in Ukraine.
