CONCLUSION OF CONTRACTS

Iron Fortress ApS, hereafter referred to as “we”, “our” or “the company”, reserves the right to claim that prices have been misprinted on the online company shop. A final and binding agreement between you and the company is concluded when the company accepts your order. We will then send you confirmation of receipt by e-mail when the order is received and a shipment confirmation by e-mail when the shipping is underway. The order receipt received immediately after submitting the order does not constitute an order confirmation. To shop in our webshop www.medievalmerchant.com, you must be 18 years old and possess a valid accepted debit or credit card. You are solely responsible for submitting correct information to the webshop.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Depending on your region, we accept the following currencies on our website: USD, EUR, GBP and DKK. The applicable price is displayed on our online shop regarding the relevant product on the date of placing the order.

We have taken all necessary precautions to make our website and payment options as safe as possible. Payment is made through Paypal or one of the following credit or debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, Union Pay or American Express. It is not possible to pay through a bank transfer. Once we receive the order, it will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email. We will charge the credit card used for the purchase upon shipping your order. Pre-orders will not be charged before the items are ready for shipping.

VOUCHERS

Vouchers are percentile or fixed discounts applied during checkout of your order. They consist of a unique code that can be entered into the appropriate payment section box when making a purchase. Vouchers are occasionally provided through campaigns or given by our customer support team under exceptional circumstances.

DELIVERY

Orders are packed and shipped individually from our warehouse located in Copenhagen, Denmark. If you need delivery within Australia, New Zealand, Canada and North America, orders may be filled by our local partners to accommodate faster delivery times. This does not add any additional cost to your purchase.

Orders are shipped through UPS, FedEx or GLS and the delivery time will depend on the destination country. We usually pack and ship your order within two business days, but delays may occur. Do note that when receiving a package, a signature is required on your part. This means that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Drop-off points.

IMPORT FEES & TAX

Import Fees and Value added tax is not covered by Medieval Merchant and needs to be paid by the receiver. This will mean that you will be contacted by customs. If you are in need of help with information handling the customs clearance or need expanded information about products then please do not hesitate to ask.

The company reserves the right to:

  • Dismiss orders placed in a country other than the destination country.
  • Not deliver any parcel without a signature from the receiver.
  • Merge shipments if two or more orders are made to the exact location. Please write in the comments section if you wish for the orders to be sent separately.
  • Cancel the payment and delivery of out-of-stock goods.
  • Ship orders through other worldwide distributors of the company product range. In such cases, we will contact the placeholder of the order before the order is shipped from the distributor.
  • Split an order into smaller orders and send different parts of the order from other distributors of the company product range.
  • Not accepting orders placed through our online shop.

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with a product purchased from www.medievalmerchant.com for any reason, we offer a refund within the first 30 days of receiving the product. Returned products should be in the same condition as received. You are responsible for covering all shipping costs when returning the product to one of the assigned warehouses listed below. As you hold the product responsibility until received by us, we urge you to keep the shipping receipt for reference. When the returned product is received and passes inspection, you will receive a refund of your purchase to the PayPal account or credit card used for the original purchase.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you experience defects in your product within two years of purchase, we will repair or replace the product. This only applies to defects in the original construction, and products malfunctioning due to incorrect use or neglectful maintenance are not eligible for repair or replacement.

CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS

Customised products are not returnable, although still subject to warranty in case of defects. When adding a Service Fee to your order, the products will be considered customised and therefore not returnable.
