The Viborg tunic by Burgschneider is inspired by a discovery made on the shore of Søndersø. Believed to date from the period between 1000 and 1300 AD. This places it among the final tunics known to have been produced during the Viking Age. This tunic features a square overlapping front, a rectangular bottom, and lacks a gore. In an effort to closely replicate the original artifact, the Burgschneider recreation of the Viborg tunic has been crafted with careful attention to detail.
