The Epic Armoury Hard Foam is a versatile DIY product that allows you to create your own Live Action Role Playing weapons, shields, or armour. This specific sheet measures 3x500x1000mm and is denser and harder to bend, making it ideal for adding intricate details on top of our softer foam. The foam is made from closed-cell material that is tear-resistant, lightweight, and highly durable, ensuring long-lasting performance. To use the Epic Foam, carve and heat it to achieve your desired shape. You can attach it to our softer foam or as detail pieces on costumes or armour. It's important to leave sufficient foam around a weapon's core to maintain safety. Once you've achieved the desired shape, dip the weapon into latex and allow it to dry between layers to create a smooth and protective surface. To prolong the lifespan of your weapon, coat it with a thin layer of silicone to prevent the surface from drying out. Always inspect your weapon for any damage before and after each use.
